This policy outlines the terms for refunds, subscription cancellations, and plan changes for MenuPro. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. By subscribing to MenuPro, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
A 7-day free trial is provided before any payment is required. No credit card or payment details are needed during the trial period. This allows you to fully evaluate the platform before committing to a subscription.
Once a subscription payment is made, no refunds will be issued for unused time within that billing cycle. This applies to all subscription plans regardless of usage.
Refunds may only be considered if the platform fails due to technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Such requests must be submitted to hello@menupro.ai with a description of the issue and the dates affected. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We will respond to all refund inquiries within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. No cancellation fees apply. Simply navigate to your subscription management page and select the cancellation option.
Access to the platform continues until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not lose access immediately upon cancellation — your subscription remains active through the period you have already paid for.
If a subscription renewal payment fails, access to the MenuPro platform is suspended immediately. There is no grace period. All QR menus and tablet menus will stop working and display a subscription-expired message to your customers. You must update your payment method and renew your subscription to restore access.
No mid-cycle refunds will be issued upon cancellation. The subscription fee for the current billing period is non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
At the end of the billing cycle, the subscription will not renew and access to paid features will be discontinued immediately. Your account will revert to a restricted state.
Your data (menus, items, images, settings, and analytics) is retained for 14 days after your subscription ends or a payment failure occurs. You may reactivate your subscription within this 14-day window to restore full access. After 14 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted — you will need to create a new account, subscribe again, and re-enter all your data.
You may reactivate your subscription at any time by selecting a new plan and completing payment. Your previous data will be restored only if reactivation occurs within the 14-day retention window.
Users may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time through their account settings. Plan changes are subject to the terms outlined in this section.
Plan upgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on system configuration at the time of the upgrade. You will be notified of the effective date when you confirm the upgrade. Upon upgrade activation, you will gain immediate access to all features included in your new plan, including any additional AI credits or capabilities.
Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the billing cycle ends. After a downgrade takes effect, access to features exclusive to your previous plan will be discontinued.
No prorated refunds or billing adjustments will be made during a billing cycle. The full subscription fee for the current period applies regardless of when a plan change is requested. Your new plan's pricing will take effect starting from the next billing cycle following the plan change.
