These Terms of Service govern your use of the MenuPro platform operated by Cinqo Media Publicity & Advertising W.L.L. (CR# 83053-1) ("we", "our", "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By creating an account or using MenuPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using MenuPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
MenuPro is a digital menu management platform that provides QR-based and tablet menus, AI-powered menu optimization tools, and customer analytics for restaurants, cafes, and food service businesses.
AI-powered features (descriptions, translations, image enhancement, upsell suggestions) are provided as tools to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing it to your menu.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.
MenuPro is a digital SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
Access to the platform is provided electronically upon registration or subscription. All features, tools, and content are delivered digitally through your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You must notify us immediately at hello@menupro.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
MenuPro operates on a subscription-based model billed monthly.
MenuPro offers a 7-day free trial. No payment details are required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, users must actively choose a subscription plan and complete payment to continue using the platform. If no subscription is selected, access to the platform will be restricted.
Subscriptions do NOT renew unless a user has explicitly subscribed and provided payment details.
Once subscribed, users authorize MenuPro to charge their selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
MenuPro offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Elite). Plan features, pricing, and credit allocations are described on our pricing page and may be updated with notice.
AI credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription plan. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period — they reset at the start of each new billing cycle.
Additional credit packs may be purchased separately at any time. Purchased credits are tied to your account and persist until fully used — they do not expire and are not affected by billing cycles. However, purchased credits are forfeited if your subscription becomes inactive (expired or cancelled). Reactivating your subscription does not restore previously forfeited purchased credits.
We reserve the right to update our subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect your current active subscription cycle — you will continue to be billed at your existing rate until your current period ends. The new pricing will apply from your next renewal cycle, and we will communicate any changes in advance.
You may use MenuPro solely for lawful purposes related to managing and promoting your restaurant's or cafe's menu and business.
You may not: (a) use the Service to upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform; (c) use automated tools to scrape or extract data; (d) impersonate other users or businesses; (e) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
All menu content, images, and descriptions you upload must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
MenuPro does not provide services to individuals or entities located in countries subject to international sanctions, including those imposed by OFAC (the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control).
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including any trade sanctions or export control laws.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to MenuPro (menu items, images, descriptions). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to provide the Service.
MenuPro's software, design, trademarks, and proprietary technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or its components.
AI-generated content (descriptions, translations, suggestions) produced using your menu data is provided to you for use in your business. We do not claim ownership of AI outputs generated from your content.
Your use of MenuPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenuPro's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from the settings page.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
Access to the MenuPro platform is suspended immediately upon subscription expiry, payment failure, or cancellation at the end of the billing cycle. There is no grace period. All QR menus and tablet menus associated with your account will stop functioning and display a subscription-expired message to your customers until the subscription is renewed.
Following suspension or termination, your account data is retained for 14 days. You may reactivate your subscription within this window to restore full access and all your data. After 14 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted. You will need to create a new account, subscribe again, and re-enter all your data from scratch.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
